We have stayed at the Pierre every time we visit America, we always make it our first stay, it feels like home! All of our stays have been great , this trip was exceptional, we had a family group and we had booked two rooms to accommodate us all, The Manager introduced himself and very kindly decided to allocate us the most amazing family suite on the 6th floor, it was an absolutely incredible set of rooms, my children joked it felt like the White House! The proximity to Central Park is another key feature for us. We love to walk a lot and we couldn’t be closer than when we stay at the Pierre. At the hotel, as always, our dear friend Khayde was there with a beautiful smile and welcome to the white glove lift service. She is a real treasure! Nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff they provided water and snacks for the children, it is all just so perfect! We even had a trip in the house car one evening to take us to a meeting at the MOMA. My wife and I dined in Perrine which was also superb. The Pierre really is the best hotel of all the hotels we stay in, we are on a 30 day tour of the East Coast and nothing is able to compare so far. Thanks again to everyone at the Pierre family! We will be back, Thanks

Location perfect, staff wonderful, (especially the concierge), breakfast outstanding. The hotel is beautiful, but the room was a little bit disappointing. We paid for a park view, but you could only see the park from one side of the room and not from the bed. Only city view visible from the bed, so that kind of dashed my dreams of lying in bed with a beautiful park view for a relaxing morning. When I asked to be moved, they said that all the rooms are like that, (facing the same direction) and would not show us any other room. I would bet that is not actually the case, as in most hotels the rooms are back-to-back (beds facing in opposite directions). On the other hand, they were very nice in the restaurant about giving us breakfast late as we had arrived very late at night and needed to sleep in. Overall, we still loved it and would stay there again as it was such a great location, quiet and elegant, and the concierge suggested great places for lunch and dinner and activities.

Loved everything about The Pierre! The staff is next level attentive! Our room was dreamy and perfect for an amazing mother/daughter birthday weekend! Food at the Perrine was exceptional! The location is absolutely perfect especially if frequenting the park or museums is on your itinerary. The real stars of The Pierre are the lovely employees! Special shout out to Denis (doorman), Kahdi (elevator attendant) and Seth (the driver) you all made my sweet daughter feel like a princess!! Every single person we encountered during our stay at The Pierre was extremely kind, thoughtful and so welcoming. We were celebrating my daughter’s 11th birthday and the entire staff went out of their way to make her feel celebrated! The Pierre will forever be our hotel when we visit NYC! Thank you for a memorable stay!

As a young girl (20) travelling by myself I felt so safe in The Pierre. The staff could not have been kinder or more accommodating. The bedroom was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The bed was so comfortable and plush. The property is so central and luxurious located right beside central park on the start of the upper east side. The met museum is a five minute walk away as are so many other sights. It is expensive but you get what you pay for which is safety, convenience, and luxury. I would also like to say how kind in particular the lady who cleaned my bedroom was Chime was her name I believe.

Beaux Arts-era gem 41 stories tall and chock full of historical interest. Delightful plus was the Santa Maria Novella Farmacia/perfumery in the lobby! Service was outstanding both at check-in and in Sunday room service, which was one of the most scrumptious hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Wonderful location on 61st Street and 5th Avenue for Central Park and The Gilded Age fans, right across from the storied Plaza Hotel, Bergdorf, and the Paris Theatre. Great subway access across the street and not far at all from some of Manhattan's greatest museums.
